MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, COULD YOU TELL ME WHERE IT IS?

 

Your estimated delivery date is in your order confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

If your estimated delivery date has passed, and there aren't any known delivery delays, just click here so we can help you further.

WHAT IS YOUR US RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

You can return any item for a refund/Exchange, within 48 hours of receiving your original order, including sale items.

We'll refund the price you purchased your item at minus the delivery fee, to your original payment method.

I'VE FOUND THE PRODUCT I WANT BUT IT IS OUT OF STOCK WILL YOU RESTOCK?

 

All jewelry pieces are restock-able unless we have used a very rare piece that we can't hunt at the moment. As for Shoes and Jewelry if you want to inquire about a certain piece please contact us to know.

You can choose online payment or by using paypal or choosing the cash on delivery option to pay for your order.

Currently The only way you can know the status of your order is by contacting us .

However we are working on new improved way of tracking system for our clients to use on our website in the future.

DELIVERY WITHIN EGYPT - HOW MUCH IS IT AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

 

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them this is why we work with reputable couriers to get your orders on time.

   Cost & Time: (domestic Standard delivery)

     

  • Cairo : 40 LE (7-10 days)

  • Alexandria : 50 LE (8-12 days)

  • Other Cities in Egypt : 60 le (8-15 days)
